Why Embrace Connections?
We want to build community and help people learn to connect better. We understand the pain of disconnectedness and loneliness. But we know how it can be overcome.
We target relational challenges directly, helping people open up, gain social skills, and overcome blockers and challenges. We bring people together, and give opportunities to connect, share and go deep with new people.
We bring a breadth of experience of leadership in communities, hosting events, facilitating workshops, building community and enabling connections. We bring intentionality, care and authenticity to interpersonal relationships.
Our methods are based on modern consent and communication practices, embodiment practices, neuroscience, relational theories, partnered movement and touch-based activities, coaching methodologies and facilitation techniques.
Every person is unique and has their own mix of challenges. Sessions are for you! So they are tailored and adapted to your needs and boundaries.
Feel heard and held in a non-judgemental space. All people, all emotions and all thoughts are accepted, respected and treated with care.
With a focus on consent, respecting boundaries, communicating clearly, and maintaining professionalism, we can feel safe to be vulnerable and challenge ourselves.
